It's good to know that you are clear with what you want to do. As long as you love and enjoy it, it leads you to success.

There are millions different jobs are computer related, hardware and software, you might want to do some more research to narrow down your interest in IT area. Once you find your specific interest such as either hardware engineer or software programmer, then you can work your way up to next level. By doing this, I'd recommend that you make some friends who are currently work in IT industry, the valuable input they give you will be very useful. In addition, visiting tech website daily, be aware the trend of technologies, this can help you pick the job which you think you has more potential tomorrow.

Hope this can get you started, always come back if you need more advices.

Well, it depends what you want to do with computers. Do you like helping people understand how to use them? Do you like programming to make them do what you want? Do you like trying to modify them to do stuff they don't do out of the box, or do you want to make existing ones better? Generally speaking, you should try to figure out the intersection of what you like and what you're good at, so if you know you like computers, then just figure out what you're good at, and go from there. You could be in support, could be a software engineer, could be an electrical engineer, or a materials science engineer.... there are lots of possibliities!
