Two years ago, I earned a Bachelor's in Psychology, but now I'm interested in getting into computer programming or database administration, but I don't know how to go about it. Since I do have a BA in another subject, would it be enough to get certifications? An Associate's Degree? Or would I need to go for another Bachelor's or even Master's for it to get me anywhere?

I highly recommend going to a school listed here for programming - bootcamper.io. They are all over the world now. It doens't say if you are a male or female but if you are female ping me because there are a bunch with scholarships and in Seattle there is a school completely free and they even give you 1000 to help with food and rent.
Universities are pretty far behind so that is why I encourage not going that route. Companies are not discriminating against hiring those without a proper University education so its really awesome! If you can code you can code!
