Finish your 4 year degree. Get a job in a nursing home and get a master's degree. Be focused and dedicated as you gather knowledge and some wisdom (hopefully). This is real life. If you are passionate about a career. You can be successful.

Generally, one needs a minimum of a 4 year degree and ideally a Masters to provide counseling. Have you considered getting a job where you might be able to take advantage of a tuition reimbursement benefit by the employer? Perhaps a job in a hospital?
If you have about 2 years worth of credits, and you've done well, there's a possibility that many of the credits could transfer.
Best of luck.
