A good way to construct a college resume today is to "Google" - Student Resume. You will see many links to places where you can either download a resume template or construct your resume online.

All the projects, internships, courses you have taken. Volunteer work, honors, awards, gpa. SAT scores, any other test scores you might have taken.

I would included any volunteer work that you have done. Colleges LOVE to see students being apart of their community. If you don't have any volunteer work- look online! Volunteermatch is a great place to start. If not ask your parents, or friends to see if they know of any foundations. Also work history, as well as educational background. Did you take AP or IB courses in High School? Honors? Awards? Sports? Put all of it down! Colleges want you to be well-rounded and have lots of talents. I hope this helps!
