So, I've just recently come across a Juris Master degree and I found it to be interesting. I am currently in my senior year of my undergrad degree in International business/Public administration. I am interested in law and I'm also interested in government/politics. My husband is in the military so it might be difficult to obtain a career with a J.D. so I am looking at other options. Any advice would be great!

Read the Paul Campos book "Don't Go To Law School (Unless)". It is a very interesting and informative read. I completed a year of law school at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Wichita and then took a 2 year leave of absence. I have been employed as a high school teacher for the past 5 years. A rewarding and pleasant job that has a been a great fit for me. Dropping out of law school is not the best decision I have ever made, but I'd say it's in the top 5! Just be informed and go into law school with your eyes wide open.
