I am currently working as a hourly laborer, but am interested in starting a career, and possibly a business eventually. I like working with computers and have some entrepreneur in me. I'm guessing 3D printing is going to grow into a huge industry, and it looks like something I'd like to be involved in. What classes would you suggest I take? Thank you for your time.

The great thing about 3D Printing is that it opens up your mind for projects that you will like to accomplish in the near future, I suggest taking the following classes with the notion of learning, we weren't born knowing everything, but these classes will definitely help.
1.- 3D Mechanical Design(CAD Designs with drawings)
2.- Instrumentation and Measurement.
3.- Industrial Automation(This will help to get a basic understanding of how a CNC or a 3D Printing Machine works)
4.- Technical knowledge of Machines and Tools.

I definitively think 3D has a future.
Now in what regards classes, have you considered a bachelor degree in computer science? A generic degree will give you flexible options for the rest of your career. There are affordable online / blended online-weekends options which are compatible with working. Just a question to ask yourself.
