I am currently an undergraduate in Physics and Astronomy/Astrophysics. I graduate this year, but I am thinking of moving into project management (preferably in a similar field) - any ideas where to start?

Look into getting PMP Certification. It is much easier to get into project management once you have PMP certification. You can go to PMI.org for information.
