I'm really bad at math, however I want to avoid sales and retail positions. I got my bachelors in communications with an emphasis in public relations, but all the jobs that are available seem to be for cold calling sales and retail. What should I look for or go back to school for to avoid doing customer service?

I think you are correct in not wanting to be in retail sales or customer service as it is limited unless you are the most charismatic suave sales person out there. Also it is important to gain a real skill that can be your "foundation" for everything you do later. If you do not like Math what do you like? I wasn't great at math but still got a BS in electrical engineering. I used this as a foundation to move into marketing and, yes sales!
Most of the science and engineering fields use math a bunch. Studying "soft" fields like art or history are a risk for getting a good job. Marketing may be a good one but again leads to sales etc. One area to consider is Market research where you analyze trends across customers to consider what new trends are going to happen..
hope this helps if you can elaborate more on what you like I can try to be more specific.
