What are some of the best websites to be looking at for jobs in this industry?
I find that most job sites such as indeed, monster, career builder although they do offer Public Relation job listings it is super limited. Additionally, so many results come up that are not even relevant to the jobs i am searching for.

Have you tried glassdoor or a university job board?
Secondly it helps to look at the industry user group boards. For instance the American Marketing Association has job boards.
