There really isn't a way you can absolutely ensure your acceptance into medical school. However, I want to tell you to not give up. Grades are very important but they're not the only thing you have to offer. Do your very best. It always looks better to have faltered at the beginning and show improvement as your schooling goes. There are also Master's programs that are basically "pre-med" that you can invest in to give yourself a higher boost.
