This questions requires taking a good look within yourself to determine what you would like to be. Having said that if you are good in the sciences and love helping people, then you may find areas such as Nursing, Physician Assistant, Language Pathologist, Physician and a whole host of other medical fields are at your disposal. You must consider how much schooling you want to complete and you may find that you can start for instance with a 2 year associates nursing degree and advance to a bachelors degree, and even a nurse practitioner. If you like animals you may want to study Veterinary science. You may also consider a MPH - Master's of Public Health Degree if you would like to volunteer in other countries to help others, a Vet can certainly also hold a MPH degree.

I am a Registered Nurse and have enjoyed my career and where it has taking me, it has been rewarding both financially and personally.
