There are so ways to help people. You can act as a support staff member (person who verifies insurance, etc.), administrative staff (help ) or a clinical staff member (physician, nurse, etc.) Each position has it advantages and disadvantages. If you like to deal with people directly, then being a clinical member is the best choice. If you don't like to deal with people (or may not necessarily be a people person), then an administrative or support staff would be a good choice.
