To become a pediatric oncologist you need to get a bachelor's in any subject, take Pre-med courses, Take the MCAT, get letters of recs and then apply to medical school. Graduate from medical school apply to either a residency in pediatrics and than follow that up with oncologist fellowship. It will be a minimum of 13 years including college, medical school, residency and fellowship.
