There are a lot of types of surgery. No such thing as simple surgery unless you consider mole removals or skin tag removals or toe nail removals or subcutaneous medication implants.

Wide Range: General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Ob/Gyn, Hand, Plastics to every other organ you can name. They are all difficult and require extensive schooling, a few years more when compared to other Doctors.

General Surgery and Ob/Gyn are the easiest to get into, everything requires top 5% of medical students and physicians.
