There are loads of scholarships designed for the spouses of veterans or spouses of military. If you use a scholarship search program they will generally find the biggest or nation wide scholarships. State VA websites have information related to scholarships among all other state veteran benefits are available. Most important and significantly, nearly every town and city has a Veteran Representative or Advisor that works right in the town hall or city hall. The more rural areas have regional/county representatives. These people work for the town or municipal related and not for VA. These people are paid to help you identify benefits that apply directly to you and how to connect you to the right people to start benefiting! I hope this helps!

I would also add that if your spouse served enough time he might qualify for the post 9/11 bill. This bill provides education benefits to either the member or the spouse. These benefits are really good and worth investigating. If you good the post 9/11 bill you can determine if you qualify to use it and how much you can get.
