Be physically fit and start searching jobs in the military. Know what you want to be and strive to obtain that particular job. Certain jobs require higher General Technical (GT) scores, so you may need to get some studying in if you are looking to be intelligence or other high level learning jobs.

Be in good shape or willing to get in to good shape. Take a look at an ASVAB study guide and see if you have any weak areas before you take the test. Be of an open mind and willing and ready to follow instruction and orders. Other than that, just go talk to a recruiter and they will walk you through it.
