You might want to look into project management. Check out PMI.org to learn about the various aspects of project management. The beauty of this profession is that you are always doing something different. A project has a definite beginning and a definitive end with the project manager basically being the facilitator and change agent. You have to deal with people ranging from the frontlines all the way to executive and stakeholders.
