Have an Answer?
Anthropology offers a broad scope of career opportunities. Have you considered working in a museum, either on the collections management side or as an educator? Or in archaeology? There are firms that conduct archaeological investigations domestically, which is something that might appeal to you if you like the outdoors. I have also known many anthropology majors to work in the nonprofit sector, as you learn how to communicate effectively (particularly in writing) and think analytically. I would encourage you to think about the discrete skills that you learn in your courses (writing, research, cultural insights, etc.) and how you might apply them in the workplace.
I hope that helps! Good luck!
