That is super specific so I am going to say Indeed.com or other position searches. but I would begin with The department of labor statistic occupational handbook. http://www.bls.gov/ooh/

This will give you an idea of what fields could use your degree and if they require more. I have found it is a good starter place but its based on averages and not specify to a region. Also your state website might list job postings for human services work. I warn that it may require a higher degree but I am unsure with California.
