I am currently an uprising senior at SCU and will be majoring in Ethnic Studies, Sociology, and Spanish with a cumulative GPA of 3.33. I would love to work with under-served students and maximizing their college access much like those around me have dedicated time to ensure I am successful but I do not know how to find a graduate school or graduate program that will benefit me the most for that. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

First of all, congrats. I'm glad to hear of your successes. If you haven't done so already, I'd check out some volunteer and/or internship opportunities working with under-served populations (possibly a youth oriented organization) to ensure that's the best fit for you. If you're considering graduate school, you would want to think ahead to your "dream job" and list all of the characteristics of what you might want to do in your day to day job. I'd start with looking at subjects and/or schools that might be of interest to you if you are considering graduate school and write down your "dream job" characteristics.
