There are many different ways you can make a living in real estate. Selling real estate is just one source.
I've been a real estate investor my whole life because by investing I was able to, over time, attain financial independence. What that means is that the real estate cash flows enough that I do not have to work unless I choose to.
My suggestion would be for you to first write down your goals. Be clear and be bold. Then I'd either do a self assessment of your strengths and natural skills or find a service that will help you do that. And finally, I'd ask someone who is really familiar with the real estate industry to brainstorm with you different ways of achieving your goals while capitalizing on your strengths.
You don't need to be licensed to be an investor. You don't really need much experience to invest, and you don't have to be a college graduate or any particular age. I do recommend picking up a few good books like Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad, or Gary Keller's The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. Then, just buy a property with borrowed money. The best way to learn is by doing. You can do it! Let me know if you have further questions.
