Heres something u should know. its a commission only job. You pay for training, and licensing. After that you can work for a broker unpaid, but will need to pay typically a desk fee for admin support. expect not to make much the first 2 yrs, you might have to work part time. i am a real estate investor. You can specialize in commercial,residential, industrial. Real estate offers many ways to make a living as I do from rental properties for example or flips. Its a tough gig, but nothing is easy. If you like houses, get in with a busy place broker, hustle, help, learn, network and like any commission only sales job, the sky is the limit but so is the floor. Its up to you. Good luck.
