How do I become the next Mark Zuckerberg?

Facebook was created when he attended Harvard. Not many people go to college, drop out and then create a highly successful company. But I think there's something to glean from people's successes. Inspiration too.

I'm curious to hear about people's successes, so I can learn what is required to succeed.

It is easy to fall into the trap that says "xyz person was an overnight success. They just had a great idea and went for it." There are certainly examples of this, just like there are people who win the lottery.

But, it is waaaaaaaaay more likely that people are successful on their third start-up, or after five or six years of hard work on an idea they are passionate about.

What's required? Boundless energy, grounded enthusiasm, and a passion about a need that can be filled with a new product or service. Think big - but building from small successes and failures is the most common path to huge success.
