It depends on which side of programming you want to do. If you want to do high-level languages that mostly involves with Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or other ones, then you can do the Software Engineer internship. If you're interested in web-based languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and many more, you can apply for the Web Developer internships. Here are the list of internship websites that might be helpful:

Internships.com
Internweb.com
Idealist.com
College.monster.com
InternJobs.com
Dice.com
Internmatch.com
Experience.com
Indeed.com
SimplyHired.com

To get an internship, you must still be enrolled into a university before graduation, and have at least a range of 3-12 months of programming as well as understanding the concepts for it. I hope this helps! :)
