What kind of advice can anyone tell me what type of major that would best fit for a student athlete?

I am currently a student athlete at Long Beach City College but my only problem is that I don't think it's a waste of time unless I have absolutely no idea what I wish to major in

A student athlete should major in a field of study that interest them. I would suggest any student athlete with professional sports aspiration to think about life after sports. I would ask the student if an injury was to occur what would you want to do with your life if sports is no longer an option.

There is no magic major to take because your skills, interest and aptitude will be different than your teammates.

One thing I would suggest every student to do is take a financial education course. Learn about money and planning is very important. The more you know it reduces the possibility of someone taking advantage of you.
