Are you setting aside time to enhance your social life? It also helps to break your task down into smaller steps. We often procrastinate because we look at the big picture and feel overwhelmed by the responsibility or work. Try breaking your homework or finals down into parts. Doing everything at once can feel exhausting. Finally, you should find your motivation! Why do you want to finish your work? What is the benefit of you getting better grades? I hope this helps.

At this point I would recommend speaking with a doctor. You might have a disorder preventing you from completing work.My brother faced procrastination and we realized only too late that it was a mental issue. I'm not saying you have a mental issue. I'm saying there may be a suitable pill out there for you.

It is not a lack of motivation, it is a drive to succeed. Slow down and focus try to enjoy each class while you are there. Live in the moment, I don't know what your school schedule looks like, but you need to try to focus on the task at hand, and get organized. As for your daily planner keep using it, make sure what ever you put in it you treat as an appointment that cant be missed, and this will help you get organized.
