Personally, I would start making lists of things that I consider a priority and other aspects of your life that concerns you right now and possibly later. Then, try narrowing down what you need to do first before looking at the bigger goals because sometimes, having these smaller accomplish will help you get one step closer to getting there.
It is overwhelming to look at everything all at once. So, take a step back and try to see from a different perspective. Ask yourself, "is what I am doing right now going to help me accomplish this goal?"
I understand that it is hard to find a time to take a step back to relax and really think about everything, but do your best. If it helps, use online calendars that are linked to your smartphone (if you have one) so that you don't have to worry about forgetting anything. Then, you can start using the time when you aren't busy to review where you are in your personal progress that you set for yourself.

Only you can make good choices, a mentor will only be able to give you advice, it is up to you to make sound choices in what ever may be good for you. Are you in school , do you have a career goal, or do you just need someone to give you good advice. I have raised 2 children and they always come to me when they need good advice, as I listen with an objectionable ear.
