A great site would be http://www.bls.gov/home.htm where you can search by career and it will provide you information such as education requirements, salary, job outlook, etc.

If you're in school, there should be career counselors available that can help you. They can offer you inventory tests such as MBTI and Strong to help you organize your skills, values, interests and narrow down a few choices. Just remember that your hobbies and interests don't always mean that you'd like to do them as a full-time job. You'll probably identify a couple that you could see yourself following as a career and those will be good starting points to explore. It also helps to talk to people in those fields, if you know any. If you don't, this site seems to be a good place to start to get connected to some mentors once you've identified which careers you might be interested in.
