I think you're working backwards--the wrong direction.

Do you enjoy your major of environmental science? It's as simple as that. Do you find the material interesting? Are you NOT absolutely miserable when studying? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you are in the right major.

Whether there is a career path to follow after college is a different question. Too many people are too concerned about whether their major will be their free pass into a job/career. A LARGE majority of people currently in the workforce have a degree that is not directly relevant for their day-to-day job.

Take that advice with a grain of salt, but understand that if you graduate with a degree in environmental science, and decide you like puppies after graduation, there's NOTHING to stop you from applying to be a Veterinary Technician and following that career path.
