Hello,
I would second the first person who responded to your question.
Your plan sounds really good: first get an associate degree from a community college, which will be less expensive. Then transfer to a four-year college where you credits from the community college will be accepted.
If you know specifically what career you want to pursue, you may want to make a list of colleges that offer the programs that will benefit you and also you may check if they take credits from a cc.
I hope this helps.
Best,
Tanya

Hello,
I believe anything to promote higher education is worth doing! You should pursue the Associates Degree as well as transfer to a four year university. This is the path I followed. Believe that you can accomplish all you set out to do and with determination and faith, success is waiting for you!

Marilyn
