This is a hard one to answer. Something that might help you make a decision is what you want for yourself in the future. Do you want to have a family? Do you want to work long hours? An alternative would be a Airline Steward or Stewardess. That is sort of adventurous and it would involve a lot of traveling.

My first degree is in Recreation B.A. You can specialize in community services, tourism, eco tourism, outdoor, or therapeutic ( on the west coast). Most programs have internship requirements which help you choose a dedicated industry.

Hello,
I recommend that you explore majors in Recreation and Tourism. With a degree in this field, you can obtain jobs such as: http://www.salisbury.edu/careerservices/Students/GraduateMajors/Recreation.html Please note, I am not familiar with this college; however, I thought the listing of positions was really great.
Best of luck!

Have you looked into joining the Peace Corps? They offer a two year program where you volunteer and gain experience working with other cultures. The program also works with colleges so you can gain credits.
You should also consider joining a study abroad program. They offer programs where you can study in another country for a semester.
