Hi. Have you tried doing some "artist's way" workshop - around writing, or writer's block? Those can be offered online - or as a teleclass.
Also, I'm not sure what you are looking for in terms of work, but I would also look at what some may consider "menial" jobs - like cleaning, or babysitting, or dog sitting. I am a highly qualified professional with a doctorate and a few other graduate degrees, and as I'm changing careers now I've been taking all kinds of jobs - math tutoring in a math center, logging bills for others, etc.. I know people at a "higher" level that are my mentors and that took jobs in bookstores, cleaning houses, babysitting.
I'm saying this because I (as well as my mentors) would do anything legal :) to "protect" our calling and to be able to do work we love - even though that means making money on the side in different ways that others may scoff at. The beauty of these "low level" jobs is that they don't stress you out which means your creativity is not killed in the process.
In a past corporate job I had that paid six-figure salary, my soul was stifled by the deadlines, and by the constant pressure put on me. Now, and probably for the next 1-2 yrs, I'll make much less but I am so much happier and healthier, plus I contribute to the world in a healthy way.
Try to also see what you can cut from your expenses that will make it easier on you every month - even considering moving in a cheaper (but that still inspires you) place.
